These sessions will teach you how to punch and kick like a pro. You will make contact with focus pads, a kicking shield, a double ended speed bag, and a heavy bag.
These sessions also incorporate excellent core training and calisthenics.

Doing something different every week will get you the results you desire. Sessions are based on two minute rounds. Each round provides different techniques in building strength, endurance, and core stabilization.
